Turn Around Time: TAT is 10-20 business days. This means Monday-Friday, excluding all weekends and major federal holidays.

Return Policy: ALL sales are FINAL, each order is cut and ties as ordered. If there is a defect with any of your items, please do not hesitate to reach out to me by email EmmyColeBowtique@gmail.com or the Emmy Cole Bowtique FaceBook Messenger so that I can take care of any issues.

Shipping & Tracking: All items will be shipped via USPS. Once items have been scanned into the system, they are no longer in my control. If you have issues with shipments please reach out to USPS.
